How do I view Print Sizes & Prices?
All print sizes and prices are viewable by clicking on ‘VIEW DETAILS | BUY’ beneath each image.
Please explain Image Size?
The image size is the actual size of the photograph itself, so when measuring your wallspace remember to allow for the mount too, add (approximately) an additional four inches on each side, plus a few inches for the width of the frame/moulding. The mount size will vary depending on the size of print you choose.
Do prints come pre-mounted?
Yes they do, my Landscapes are all pre-mounted on acid-free board, window mounted using acid-free spanish white board, titled and signed in pencil and wrapped in a protective sleeve of polypropylene acetate film ready for framing. This not only wissenschaftliche arbeit schreiben lassen allows you time to decide on the frame and be able to hold up the mounted print in position but it also makes the prints ideal for gift-wrapping and means the recipient can choose their own style of frame at a later date.
Can you add a personnel message to the mount?
Yes, I can. Personnel messages can be hand written in pencil along the base of the mount inbetween the title and my signature. But you will need to let me know what message you would like when you purchase a print by filling in the special requests field.
Are prints framed?
My Landscapes are not framed. Each individual has personnel preferences and so I have decided to leave this to the professional framers who have extensive stocks and knowledge. My recommended framer is: Charles, at Gallery 128, 128 Kingston Road, Wimbledon. Depending on your choice of moulding and glass type expect to pay ‘approximately’ £150.00 to frame a standard 40″ mounted print.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment online via paypal (be sure to state the delivery address and your contact details), or by direct Bank Transfer. VAT currently N/A.
Do you provide Gift Cards?
Yes, I do, if you would like to give a Landscape to somebody as a gift for whatever the reason be it a Birthday, Christmas, Engagement, Wedding, Anniversary, friendship or Leaving present and your not sure which landscape they would really like you can always purchase a Gift Card. Decide on how much you want to spend and either contact me directly or purchase your voucher online via paypal. The recipient can always add to the value of the voucher afterwards should they wish to choose a larger print. Please note: Gift Cards are not valid within the Clearance section.
How do I redeem a Gift Card?
Choose the Landscape and size that you wish to acquire and contact Patrick with the details and the value of your gift card. You must return the gift card to Patrick on delivery.
Am I able to order with complete confidence?
You can buy directly from me with complete confidence as I am passionate about delivering the highest quality giclee prints. I strive to make sure that clients are 100% happy with their purchase and will assist in any way that I can to make sure that any transaction between us is absolutely seamless.
Do you provide free delivery?
Yes I do, and every care will have been taken to ensure your mounted print is posted in immaculate condition and re-enforced on both sides for rigidity using correx plastic.
Please note: Patrick Steel cannot and will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of a mount or print whilst in transit/post. It is entirely at your own risk.
What are your turnaround times?
Once an order has been placed allow 24hrs for your Giclee print to be printed (Monday to Friday) and please allow 48hrs after that for the print to be pre-mounted. Should you require the print in an absolute rush I may still be able to accommodate. These times will vary considerably running up to Christmas, so please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How are your photographs best displayed?
My Landscapes are best displayed when lit by a spotlight or a picture light. The colours in the photograph will literally spring to life.
